摘要
目的:探讨无缝隙护理在右前外胸部小切口手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院收治的84例心脏多瓣膜病变患者,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用无缝隙护理。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、生活质量(QOL)评分、患者满意度、配合度、生存率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,患者满意度、配合度和生存率高于对照组,SDS及SAS评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:与普通护理相比,无缝隙护理应用于右前外胸部小切口手术治疗的心脏多瓣膜病变患者,可降低不良事件发生率,减少患者的不良情绪,提高患者满意度、配合度和生存率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of seamless nursing in patients with small incision surgery in right anterior and external chest.Methods:A total of 84 patients with multiple valvular disease of the heart treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine care,and the study group was treated with seamless care based on the control group.The incidence of adverse events,quality of life(QOL)score,patient satisfaction,cooperation,survival rate,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of adverse events,the score of SDS and SAS were all lower,and the QOL score,patient satisfaction,coordination and survival rate were all higher,than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine method,seamless nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the QOL,patient satisfaction,cooperation,survival rate and negative emotion in patients with multivalvular heart disease undergoing small incision surgery in right anterior external chest.
