摘要
构建QuEChERS-气相色谱质谱联用检测辣椒当中33种农药残留的快速检测方式。超声提取乙腈,N-正丙基乙二胺(primary secondary amine,PSA)与C18净化,通过测定HP-5MS色谱柱的分离。在浓度测定范围0.4μg^20.0μg/mL内,具有良好的线性关系,r>0.995;浓度添加是25、80、150μg/kg的时候,平均的回收率在74.31%~119.72%之间,相对的标准偏差是2.0%~15.3%(n=6),检出限是0.02~4.6μg/kg,定量的下限是0.07~15.3μg/kg。该方法可以检测辣椒当中的农药残留。
A rapid method for the detection of 33 pesticide residues in pepper by QuEChERS-gas chroma⁃tography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was constructed.Acetonitrile,N-n-propyl ethylenediamine(primary secondary amine,PSA was extracted by ultrasound and purified with C 18.The separation of HP-5MS column was determined.In the range of 0.4μg^20.0μg/mL,there is a good linear relationship,r>0.995.When the concentration is 25,80150μg/kg,the average recovery is between 74.31% and 119.72%,the relative standard deviation is 2.0%≤15.3%(n≤6),and the detection limit is 0.02~4.6μg/kg.The lower limit of detection is 0.07~15.3μg/kg.This method can be used to detect pesticide residues in chili peppers.
