摘要
从发动机大型零部件倒圆、倒角的检测需求入手,引入了新的印模法检测技术,并介绍了两种印模技术的特点及在发动机关键零部件检测中的应用,以发动机某一零件尺寸、角度、粗糙度为例,对几种方法分别评定了测量不确定度,并加以对比。
Starting from the inspection requirements of round and chamfer of large engine parts,this paper introduces the new inspection technology of impression method,and the characteristics of two kinds of impression technology and their application in the inspection of key engine parts.Taking the dimension,angle and roughness of a certain engine part as an example, the measurement uncertainty of several methods are evaluated and compared.
