摘要
一体化温度变送器具有测量准确度线性好,方便远距离传输等优点,正逐渐广泛应用在工业生产的各个领域。通过比较现场校准结果和实验室校准结果以及测量不确定度评定,评价现场校准一体化温度变送器装置的计量性能以及测量结果分散性是否符合相关要求。根据实验结果,利用现场校准装置可以校准准确度为0.5级及以下的一体化温度变送器。
Integrative temperature transmitter has the advantages of good linearity of measurement accuracy and convenient long-distance transmission. It is gradually widely used in various fields of industrial production. By comparing the results of field calibration with those of laboratory calibration and evaluating the uncertainty of measurement, the measurement performance of field calibration integrated temperature transmitter device and the dispersion of measurement results are evaluated. According to the experimental results, the integrated temperature transmitter with accuracy of class 0.5 and below can be calibrated by the on-site calibration device.
