摘要
针对压力表批量检定装置研发与设计过程中常见的系统泄漏、自动读数、规格型号繁多等问题,在检定装置总体设计上,提出三点法图像处理算法、基于单片机技术终端控制采集技术、系统泄漏处理机制、后序遍历法标准压力控制、采用可扩展式系统架构等解决方案。进一步使压力表批量检定装置研发与设计更科学合理,符合JJG 52-2013技术要求。
Aiming at the common problems of system leakage, automatic reading, various specifications and models in the development and design process of pressure gauge batch verification device, this paper puts forward three-point image processing technology, terminal control acquisition technology based on single-chip computer technology, system leakage processing mechanism, standard pressure control of post-sequence ergodic method, and extensible system architecture in the overall design of pressure gauge verification device.The scheme further makes the R&D and design of pressure gauge batch verification device more scientific and reasonable, and meets the technical requirements of JJG 52-2013.
