摘要
乙酰苯胺经区域熔融法提纯后采用高效液相色谱法、卡尔·费休库仑法和炽灼残渣法对其中各类杂质含量进行检测,通过质量平衡法计算得到其纯度。同时结合差示扫描量热法对其纯度进行定值,并评定其不确定度。该纯度标准物质可用于有机物碳、氢、氧、氮元素含量的检测及分析方法评价。
Acetanilide was purified by zone melting technology and its impurities were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,Karl Fischer Coulometer and residue on ignition.The purity could be calculated by subtracting impurity content through massbalance method. Further,the purity of acetanilide was also determined by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the uncertainty was evaluated.The prepared acetanilide reference material could be widely applied to analyze contents of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen in organic compounds and to evaluate analytical methods.
