摘要
从双法兰液位变送器的测量原理、安装及使用出发,详细论述了双法兰液位变送器的离线检定方法、装置研制及注意事项。重点阐述了双法兰液位变送器是如何非常方便地实现离线检定的,如何解决其在离线检定过程中的水平安装问题、垂直定位问题、两法兰间距离调整等问题的。
Based on the measurement principle, installation and application of double flange liquid level transmitter, the off-line verification method, device development and matters needing attention of double flange liquid level transmitter are discussed in detail. This paper focuses on how to realize off-line verification of double flange liquid level transmitter conveniently, and how to solve the problems of horizontal installation, vertical positioning and distance adjustment between two flanges during off-line verification.
