摘要
在剖析我国模具行业面临的主要问题和两化融合发展需求的基础上,开展面向模具企业协同创新与精益研发的云服务解决方案设计研究,对理论依据、平台架构、主要功能、基础支撑和安全保障体系进行详细阐述。解决方案的提出为模具企业实现开放式协同创新与服务化转型提供借鉴,为未来模具企业实现智能化生产运营奠定基础。
Based on analyzing the main problems and development requirements of China’s mould industry in the integration of informatization and industrialization,a solution for collaborative innovation and lean R&D of mould industry based on cloud platform is proposed in this paper.This research elaborates the theory basis,platform architecture,main functions,infrastructure,and security system in detail.The outcome provides reference for collaborative innovation and service transformation of mould industry,and furthermore lays the foundation for realizing intelligent production and operation of mould enterprises in the future.
