摘要
为了解决机床电液伺服系统的非线性控制问题,提出了一种改进的非线性预测控制方法(I-NPC)。将多目标粒子群优化思想和非线性预测控制相结合,实现了多目标优化,提高了非线性系统的控制精度。将区域偏好和参考点偏好的优点融合在一起,提出一种改进的偏好多目标粒子群优化算法(IM-PSO)。改进算法可以同时实现对偏好方向和偏好范围的控制。为了加强对粒子群全局最优粒子的搜索,IM-PSO算法还引入了球扇支配的新概念。由于改进算法具有计算负担小,实时性好的特点,所以能够准确地追踪电液伺服系统设定输出,有效地解决了机床电液伺服系统精确控制的难题。仿真实验表明,该控制方法是正确、有效的。
For the problems of nonlinear control for electro-hydraulic servo systems of machine tools,an improed nonlinear predictive control algorithm(I-NPC)is is designed.this paper combines the notion of multi-objective particle swarm optimization optimization with nonlinear predictive control in order to realizes multi-objected optimization and nonlinear control accuracy.An improved preference multi-objective particle swarm optimization strategy(IM-PSO)is proposed by combining the reference point preference with region preference.IM-PSO can control preference direction and preference range simultaneously.the spherical sector dominance is introduced to enhance the search performance for gBest of PSO I-NPC The burden of calculation in this algorithm is reduced with good real-time performance.The controller based on I-NPC can enhancing the tracking precision and effectively overcoming the problems of nonlinear control of electro-hydraulic servo systems of machine tools.The simulation results show the correctness and effectiveness of approach proposed.
