摘要
在互联网技术不断进步发展的背景下,以消费者为主导的互联网思维成为指导企业商业模式创新的重要理念,其与商业企业管理的实效性息息相关,同时,对商业企业的革新发展也起到重要的推动作用。基于此,论文对烟草商业企业管理的创新进行了分析探讨。通过管理理念和管理组织的创新、对大数据技术的充分利用等方式,确保烟草商业企业管理模式的革新与发展,促使烟草商业企业更好地适应社会和市场的变化,维持自身的稳定可持续发展。
Under the background of the continuous progress and development of internet technology,consumer-led internet thinking has become an important concept to guide business mode innovation of enterprises,which is closely related to the management effectiveness of commercial enterprises,and also plays an important role in promoting the innovation and development of commercial enterprises.Based on this,the paper analyzes and discusses the management innovation of tobacco commercial enterprises.Through the innovation of management concept andmanagement organization,the full use of big data technology and other ways,we can ensure the innovation and development of the management mode of tobacco commercial enterprises,make them better adapt to the changes of society and market,and maintain their own stable and sustainable development.
