摘要
论文分析了传统国企法务的价值、总法律顾问所处系统环境,阐述了总法律顾问在公司的价值,并从四个维度论述了体现国企总法律顾问价值的渠道。同时,进一步分析得出了未来总法律顾问的终极价值,并简单阐述了未来实现终极价值的途径。
This paper analyzes the value of traditional legal affairs of state-owned enterprises and the system and environment of general counsel,expounds the value of the general counsel in the company,and discusses the channels to reflect the value of the general counsel of state-owned enterprise from four dimensions.At the same time,this paper further analyzes and obtains the ultimate value of the general counsel in the future,and briefly expounds the path to realize the ultimate value in the future.
