摘要
目的:探讨功能性消化不良(FD)伴睡眠功能障碍使用莫沙必利联合黛力新的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建省南平市第二医院收治的FD患者100例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组进行莫沙比利联合黛力新进行治疗,对照组仅使用莫沙比利进行治疗,治疗时间为4周。治疗结束后,统计比较2组的治疗有效率,并在治疗前后统计比较2组的匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)。结果:治疗后,观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫沙必利联合黛力新疗效肯定,且能够改善睡眠,缓解FD患者的紧张焦虑情绪。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Mosapride combined with Deanxit on functional dyspepsia(FD)with sleep dysfunction.Methods:A total of 100 FD patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission.The observation group was treated with Mosapride and deanxit,while the control group was treated with Mosapride only.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.At the end of the treatment,the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)of the two groups was compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the PSQI score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride and Deanxit is effective,and they can improve sleep and alleviate anxiety and tension in FD patients.
