絮凝剂分类及其水处理作用机理研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 絮凝剂分为无机絮凝剂、有机絮凝剂、复合絮凝剂及生物絮凝剂四大类型,无机絮凝剂因其物美价廉目前应用最为广泛,有机絮凝剂水处理效果最好,但因其成本过高使其在实践应用中受到阻碍,而生物絮凝剂目前还处于实验研究阶段.一般情况下高分子聚合物型絮凝剂的絮凝方式主要以吸附架桥和网捕卷扫为主,其产生的絮体粒径大,但密实度低;无机小分子型絮凝剂主要以电荷中和方式为主,其产生的絮体特性则刚好相反.研制高效、安全、经济的新型絮凝剂是今后絮凝剂发展的主要趋势. Flocculants are divided into four types: inorganic, organic, compound and biological flocculant. Inorganic flocculant is widely used because of its high quality and low price, organic flocculant has the best effect in water treatment, but high cost hindered its application, biological flocculant is still in the experimental research stage. Generally, the flocculation modes of polymer is mainly adsorption bridging, net capture and sweep, its floc is large with low density. The flocculation mode of inorganic small molecule is neutralization, and its floc characteristics are just the opposite. The development of new flocculant with high efficiency,safety and economy is the main trend of development in the future.
