摘要
越来越多的女大学生在"大众创业、万众创新"时代的感召下选择自主创业。在分析自主创业内涵的基础上,探究"双创"背景下女大学生自主创业价值。女大学生自主创业具有个人和社会的双重价值,个人层面可以满足生存需求、锻炼综合素质、实现自我价值,社会层面可以提升女性地位、解决就业难题、助力社会经济发展。
More and more female college students choose self-employment in the inspiration of " Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation". On the basis of analyzing the connotation of self-employment, this paper explores the value of female college students’ self-employment under the background of " Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation". Female college students’ self-employment has the dual value of individual and society. From the personal level, it can meet the survival needs, exercise comprehensive quality, realize self-worth, and from the social level, it can enhance the status of women, solve the employment problems and contribute to social and economic development.
