摘要
【目的】全面评估海南省退耕还林不同植被恢复类型、不同林种类型的生态效益,为区域生态安全和退耕还林工程后续管理提供数据支持。【方法】基于截止2015年底海南省退耕还林工程的资源数据,依据林业行业标准《退耕还林工程生态效益监测评估技术标准与管理规范》(LY/T 2573—2016)和《森林生态系统服务功能评估规范》(LY/T 1721—2008),选取涵养水源等6个指标,采用分布式测算方法对海南省退耕还林工程的生态效益进行评估。【结果】海南省退耕还林工程生态效益总价值量为53.39亿元·a^-1,各功能价值量排序为涵养水源(25.25亿元·a^-1,47.29%)>固碳释氧(10.16亿元·a^-1,19.03%)>生物多样性(9.34亿元·a^-1,17.49%)>净化大气环境(7.54亿元·a^-1,14.12%)>保育土壤(1.05亿元·a^-1,1.97%)>林木积累营养物质(0.05亿元·a^-1,0.09%);3种植被恢复类型中以宜林荒山荒地造林生态效益价值量最大,为35.46亿元·a^-1;退耕地还林生态效益价值量居中,为14.52亿元·a^-1,封山育林生态效益价值量最小,仅为3.41亿元·a^-1;3种林种类型生态效益的价值量表现为生态林(45.38亿元·a^-1)>经济林(7.65亿元·a^-1)>灌木林(0.36亿元·a^-1)。【结论】海南省退耕还林工程生态效益以涵养水源、固碳释氧和生物多样性保育功能为主,宜林荒山荒地造林模式和生态林的生态效益最大,相关生态补偿政策的制定应向生态林倾斜。
【Objective】Comprehensively evaluate the ecological benefits of different vegetation restoration types and forest types of the Grain for Green Project in Hainan Province,and provide data support for regional ecological security and followup management of the project.【Method】Based on the resource data of the Grain for Green Project in Hainan Province by the end of 2015,water conservation was selected according to the forestry industry standards of the People's Republic of China,Technical Standards and Management Standards for Monitoring and Assessing Ecological Benefits of the project(LY/T 2573-2016)and Forest Ecosystem Services Function Assessment Standards(LY/T 1721-2008).The ecological benefits of the Grain for Green Project in Hainan Province were evaluated by using water conservation etc.six indicators.【Result】the total value of the ecological benefits of the project was 5.339 billion yuan·a^-1,with various functions.The order of value was conserved water source(2.525 billion yuan·a^-1,47.29%)>carbon sequestration and oxygen release(1.016 billion yuan·a^-1,19.03%)>biodiversity(934 million yuan·a^-1,17.49%)>purification of atmospheric environment(754 million yuan·a^-1,14.12%)>conservation of soil(105 million yuan·a^-1,1.97%)>accumulation of nutrients(0.005 billion yuan·a^-1,0.09%).Among the three types of forests,the value of ecological benefits of afforestation on barren hills and wasteland suitable for forestation is the largest,which is 3.546 billion yuan·a^-1;the value of ecological benefits of returning cultivated land to forestation is the middle,which is 1.452 billion yuan·a^-1;the value of ecological benefits of closing hills and afforestation is the smallest,which is only 341 million yuan·a^-1;the value of ecological benefits of three types of forests is expressed as ecological forests(4.538 billion yuan·a^-1)>Economic forests(765 million yuan·a^-1)>Shrubbery(0.036 billion yuan·a^-1).【Conclusion】The ecological benefits are mainly water conservation,carbon sequestration and oxygen release and biodiversity conservation of the Grain for Green Project project in Hainan Province.The ecological benefits of the afforestation model and ecological forest are the largest,and the formulation of relevant ecological compensation policies should be inclined to ecological forest.
