摘要
目的了解佛山市高明区不同人群对艾滋病基本知识的知晓情况,为针对性开展艾滋病防治宣教工作提供参考依据。方法采取分层随机抽样方法,对不同人群进行问卷调查,并用描述性流行病学方法分析不同人群的艾滋病知晓率情况。结果共发放问卷1 300份,收回有效问卷1 182份(90.92%)。城镇男性、城镇妇女和在校青少年对艾滋病知识总体知晓率分别为81.14%、82.74%和82.04%。知晓率与性别、年龄无关,但与文化程度有关。获得艾滋病知识的主要途径是电视(82.23%)、宣传活动(72.76%)和网络(50.76%)。结论应加强艾滋病防治相关知识的宣传力度,并针对性采取有效的宣传教育手段,提高艾滋病知识知晓率,以遏制艾滋病的传播。
Objective This study aimed to understand the awareness and knowledge of AIDS among different population in Gaoming district,Foshan City, and to provide the evidence for AIDS publicity and education. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire surveys for different populations, and descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the AIDS awareness rate among different populations. Results A total of1 300 questionnaires were distributed and 1 182 valid questionnaires were collected(90.92 %). The overall awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among urban male residents, urban women and school youth was 81.14 %, 82.74 % and 82.04 %respectively. The awareness rate was not related to gender and age, but is related to the level of education. The main ways to acquire AIDS knowledge are television(82.23 %), publicity activities(72.76 %) and networks(50.76 %). Conclusions The promotion of AIDS prevention and control related knowledge should be strengthened, and effective publicity and education methods should be adopted to improve the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge to curb the spread of AIDS.
