摘要
目的探讨快速康复外科护理在结肠癌患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月我院行结肠癌手术治疗的66例患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规外科康复护理,研究组实施快速康复外科护理干预,比较两组患者术后康复时效、营养状态及炎性应激反应。结果研究组首次排气、首次排便时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组转铁蛋白、白蛋白、血清前白蛋白等营养状态指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组C反应蛋白、降钙素原炎性应激反应指标均低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者围术期应用快速康复外科护理措施,可提高术后康复效果,改善营养状态,控制炎性应激反应,促进术后康复。
Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitative surgical nursing in patients with colon cancer during perioperative period.Methods To select 66 cases of patients undergoing colon cancer surgery in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study groups and control groups.The control group received routine surgical rehabilitation nursing and the study group performed rapid rehabilitative surgical nursing intervention to compare the postoperative rehabilitation time,nutritional status and inflammatory stress response between the two groups of patients.Results The first exhaust and first defecation time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nutritional status indicators such as transferrin,albumin,and serum prealbumin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the indexes of inflammatory stress response such as C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative application of rapid rehabilitative surgical nursing measures for patients with colon cancer could improve the postoperative recovery effect,improve nutritional status,control inflammatory stress response,and promote postoperative recovery.
