摘要
目的探讨路径化护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者138例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用路径化护理,比较两组患者术后疼痛程度与生活质量。结果观察组患者术后不同时间疼痛(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论路径化护理干预在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用,能缓解术后疼痛,改善其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the pathway nursing intervention on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods To select 138 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with pathway nursing.The postoperative pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had significantly lower pain(VAS)scores at different times after operation than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pathway nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy could relieve postoperative pain and improve their quality of life.
