摘要
目的探讨专案三维护理模式在外周动脉栓塞介入溶栓患者护理中的应用。方法2018年7—12月我院在外周动脉栓塞介入溶栓治疗患者的护理中实施基于时间、逻辑及知识维度的专案三维护理模式,比较实施前(2018年1—6月)及实施后(2018年7—12月)各25例患者护理后的疼痛程度、皮下血肿、肿胀程度及护理满意度。结果实施三维护理模式后患者术后疼痛程度、术后血肿发生程度及术后肢体肿胀程度均轻于实施前(P<0.05),护理满意度优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于时间、逻辑及知识维度的专案三维护理模式能够减轻外周动脉栓塞介入溶栓患者术后的不适症状,改善护理质量,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application of project-based three-dimensional nursing model in nursing of patients with peripheral arterial embolization who underwent interventional thrombolysis.Methods To implement a project-based three-dimensional nursing model based on time,logic and knowledge dimensions in the nursing of patients with peripheral arterial embolization who underwent interventional thrombolytic therapy from July to December 2018 in our hospital.The pain degree,subcutaneous hematoma,swelling degree and nursing satisfaction of each 25 cases of patients after nursing from January to June 2018 before implementation and from July to December 2018 after implementation were compared.Results The postoperative pain degree,postoperative subcutaneous hematoma,and postoperative swelling degree after implementing three-dimensional nursing model were lighter than those before implementing(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was better than that before implementing(P<0.05).Conclusion The project-based three-dimensional nursing model based on time,logic and knowledge dimensions could alleviate the discomfort and improve the quality of nursing after surgery of patients with peripheral arterial embolization who underwent thrombolysis,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
