摘要 目的探讨基于交互分析团体教育干预对血液透析患者健康行为自我管理和生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2018年2月本院治疗的80例血液透析患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规团体健康教育,研究组实施基于交互分析团体健康教育干预,比较两组患者健康行为自我管理和生活质量改善效果。结果干预后研究组自我管理和生活质量量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者应用交互分析团体教育干预,可有效增强患者自我管理能力,改善患者生活质量,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the effect of group education intervention based on interaction analysis for self-management and quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods To select 80 cases of hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group was given routine group health education,and the study group was given group education intervention based on interaction analysis.The self-management of health behavior and improvement effect of quality of life were compared between patients of two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-management and quality of life scale in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of group education intervention based on interaction analysis in hemodialysis patients could effectively enhance their self-management ability,and improve the quality of life of patient.Therefore,it has clinical promotion value.
