摘要
农村公共体育服务中农民主体性的塑造是优化农村体育的重要内容。本研究基于赋权理论,通过探讨政府、农村公共体育服务、农民三者关系,构建农村公共体育服务中农民主体性的路径。研究认为,由于政府供给模式不当、群众参与机制缺陷、农民主体意识淡薄导致农民主体性缺失,建议从自我赋权、组织赋权和政策赋权3个层面,提高农民主体意识,加大农民参与程度,完善并落实体育相关政策,推动农村公共体育服务发展。
The shaping of farmers'subjectivity in rural public sports services is an important part of optimizing rural sports.Based on the theory of empowerment,this study explores the relationship between government,rural public sports services and farmers,and builds the path of farmers'subjectivity in rural public sports services.It believes that due to the improper supply model of the government,the defects of the mass participation mechanism,and the lack of peasant subject consciousness,the peasants'subjectivity is lacking.It is suggested that from the three levels of self-empowerment,organizational empowerment and policy empowerment,and which should improve the awareness of the main body of farmers,increase the participation of farmers,improve and implement sports related policies,and promote the development of rural public sports services.
