摘要
网络体育组织的兴起和繁荣是我国互联网普及与社会经济增长的时代产物,是我国社会结构变迁、经济多元发展、体育需求多样化的结果,体现了公民自身能力和参与体育管理意识的提升。当下,我国政府转移体育公共服务职能、社会优化体育资源配置、公民保障体育权益享有的需求,为我国网络体育组织兴起和发展提供历史机遇。运用文献资料法,实地调查法等方法,对网络体育组织面临的地位合法性、组织复杂性、资源弱势性、自治滞后性现实挑战进行分析。建议:坚持依法治体,推进组织合法建设;规范组织运行,建立安全问责机制;提升自身能力,重视组织品牌塑造;挖掘组织深度,发挥组织社会责任。
The rise and prosperity of network sports organizations is the product of the internet popularization and social economic growth in China.It is the result of the change of social structure,the diversified development of economy and the diversification of sports demand in China,which embodies the improvement of citizens'ability and consciousness of participating in sports management.At present,the government transfers the function of sports public service,the society optimizes the allocation of sports resources,and the citizens'demand for sports rights and interests,which provides historical opportunities for the rise and development of network sports organizations.By using the methods of literature and field investigation,this paper analyzes the realistic challenges faced by online sports organizations,such as the legitimacy of status,the complexity of organization,the weakness of resources and the lag of autonomy.The suggestions include adhering to the rule of law,promoting the legal construction of the organization,standardizing the operation of the organization and establishing the safety accountability mechanism,improving their own ability and attaching importance to the shaping of the organization brand,digging the depth of the organization,and giving full play to the social responsibility of the organization.
