摘要
目的:对中国霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的疾病负担进行研究和评价。方法:采用问卷调查法,对基于自愿原则参加的患者进行在线调查。问卷内容包括患者人口统计学特征、诊断及治疗情况、肿瘤药物使用、疾病经济负担、EQ-5D-5L生命质量量表等。结果:纳入调查患者总计681例,2018年疾病平均经济负担为177601.74元(标准差500653.14元),EQ-5D平均得分为0.87(标准差0.16)。随着疾病复发次数增加,患者生命质量得分降低,经济负担加重。结论:霍奇金淋巴瘤给患者造成沉重疾病负担,且随疾病严重程度增加而负担加重。这些疾病负担数据可为相关技术评价和卫生决策提供支持,管理部门和医疗机构也应重视并采取措施减轻患者疾病负担。
Objective:In order to evaluate burden of disease in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma in China.Methods:An online questionnaire survey was conducted with volunteer patients,to understand questions including the demographic characteristics,the experience of diagnosis,the history of treatments,oncology drug utilization,economic burden of disease,EQ-5D-5L quality of life scale and so on.Results:A total of 681 patients were investigated.The average economic burden of disease in 2018 was 177601.74 RMB(standard deviation 500653.14 RMB),and the average score of EQ-5D was 0.87(standard deviation 0.16).With the increase of the number of disease recurrence,the score of patients'quality of life decreased and the economic burden increased.Conclusion:Hodgkin's lymphoma carried a signifi cant disease burden,and the more serious the disease,the heavier the burden on patients.These data coud be used to support HTA and decision-making in this area.The government and medical institutions should pay attention and take reasonable measures to reduce the burden of disease.
