包覆聚四氟乙烯膜的氟橡胶O形密封圈耐介质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 按照中航工业标准制备了包覆PTFE膜的F275氟橡胶O形密封圈,对其进行了高温下的耐航空煤油、航空润滑油和常温的酸性、碱性介质试验,并测试了试验不同时间的密封圈质量、尺寸、硬度和拉伸性能等,还采用SEM观察了密封圈的拉伸断口。结果显示:在短期试验时间内4种介质对密封圈的物理力学性能影响不显著,其中硬度的最大降低幅度仅为5%,影响规律从大到小的顺序是航空煤油、航空润滑油、酸性、碱性。研究表明:包覆PTFE塑料膜可以明显改善氟橡胶O形密封圈的耐介质性能,该研究结果可为橡胶密封件的选材提供依据。 F275 fluororubber O-ring seal coated with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film was prepared and the effects of different media on its performance.The coated PTFE film O-ring seal was first prepared according to the aviation industry standards.Then,medium resistance ex-periments in the high temperature aviation kerosene,aviation lubricating oil and the acid-alkali was carrired out.Lastly,the mass,size,Shore hardness and tensile property of the samples were tested.The tensile fracture of rubber sealing ring was observed by SEM.The results showed that although the influence of medium on it is aviation kerosene,aviation lubricant,acidity and alkalinity,the influence on its performance is very small.The maximum reduction of hardness is 5%.The experiment proves that the F275 fluororubber O-ring seal coated with PTFE film has excellent medium resistance.The research results can provide a basis for material selection of rubber seals.
