摘要
目的采用熵权模糊综合评判模型评价不同促透剂对格列美脲醇质体经皮吸收的影响。方法乙醇注入法制备格列美脲醇质体,分别采用1%薄荷醇、1%丙二醇、1%油酸、1%氮酮和1%卡必醇作为促透剂,Franz扩散池上进行透皮试验。以渗透系数、稳态流量、滞后时间、增渗倍数为评价指标,采用基于熵权模糊综合评判模型比较不同促透剂对于格列美脲醇质体经皮吸收的影响。结果经过熵权模糊综合评价,各促透剂促透作用强度依次为1%薄荷醇>1%氮酮>1%卡必醇>1%丙二醇>1%油酸,表明1%薄荷醇对格列美脲醇质体具有最佳的经皮吸收促进作用,1%薄荷醇评语为优的最大隶属度为0.385。结论在所测试的同浓度的不同促透剂中,1%薄荷醇对于格列美脲醇质体具有最佳的促透效果。
Objective To evaluate the transdermal absorption effect of different penetration enhancers on glimepiride ethosome by using the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Methods Glimepiride ethosome was prepared by ethanol injection method.1%menthol,1%propylene glycol,1%oleic acid,1%azone and 1%carbitol were used as penetration enhancers.Transdermal test was carried out on Franz diffusion cell.The effects of penetration enhancers on glimepiride ethosome transdermal absorption were compared by using an entropy-weight-based fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and permeability coefficient,steady flow,lag time and enhancement ratio were selected as evaluation indexes.Results Through the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the penetration promoting effect was 1%menthol>1%azone>1%carbitol>1%propylene glycol>1%oleic acid.1%menthol had the best transdermal absorption promoting effect on glimepiride ethosome,and the maximum membership of 1%menthol was 0.385.Couclusion Among the different penetration enhancers of the same concentration,1%menthol has the best penetration enhancer for glimepiride ethosome.
