摘要
巴里·康芒纳面对美国日益恶化的生态环境问题,对生态危机成因的传统观点——"人口增长说"和"生活富裕说"进行批判性分析,并以马克思主义政治经济学为指导,从"环境质量的管控起源于经济领域"、权力博弈的"零和状态"和民主的环境价值三个方面分析环境问题出现的真正原因,最后找到了危机解决的根源——资本主义制度。巴里·康芒纳的生态观对我国生态文明建设具有重要的启示意义,在坚持社会主义制度不动摇的基础上,不仅要发挥政府和民众两个主体的积极性,也应该赋予绿色技术以重要的地位。
Barry Commoner,facing the increasingly worsening ecological environment problems,critically analyzed the traditional views of the cause of ecological crisis,i.e.,"population growth theory"and"life rich theory".Guided by Marxist political economics,he analyzed the real causes of environmental problems from such aspects as"the environmental quality control originated in the areas of the economy",the power game of Zero-sum status and environmental values of democracy.He finally discovered that the root cause of ecological crisis was the system of capitalism.Barry Commoner's ecological views have some implications for the construction of ecological civilization of our country.We should not only stick to the socialist system and give full play to the initiative of the government and people,but also use the green technology.
