摘要
纸机网部的胸辊在正常工作中不仅需要支撑成形网,而且需要沿自身轴线做一定频率的振动,以实现浆料在成形网上横向均匀分布,实现胸辊的这种振动就需要摇振系统。本文对目前最先进的高频摇振系统进行研究,建立起数学模型,对此种摇振系统设计提供理论基础。
Breast roll not only must support the forming net,but also do reciprocating vibration along its axis with a certain frequency,which can be beneficial to the uniform transverse distribution of paper pulp on the forming net;In order to this result,a shaking system is needed.In this paper,the most advanced high frequency shaking system is studied,and a mathematical model is established to provide a theoretical basis for the design of this type shaking system.
