摘要
目的通过对肥厚性心肌病(HCM)患者心率减速力的变化探讨,研究心率减速力(deceleration capacity of rate,简称DC)在该疾病中的临床意义。方法随机选取40例名HCM患者作为观察组,同期随机选取40例健康查体者作为对照组,所有人员均接受24小时动态心电检查,观察其心率减速力的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果HCM组的DC值与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),心率加速力(acceleration capacity of heart rate,简称AC)值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HCM患者DC值明显降低,提示迷走神经保护功能显著下降,将增加猝死的危险性。
Objective:To study the changes of heart deceleration capacity of rate in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)and its clinical significance.Methods:Forty HCM patients were randomly selected as observation group and 40 healthy persons were randomly selected as control group during the same period.All of them received 24-hour ambulatory ECG examination to observe the change of heart rate deceleration force and statistical analysis was made.Results:There was significant difference in DC value between HCM group and control group(P<0.05),and no significant difference in AC value between HCM group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The DC value of HCM patients decrease significantly,suggesting that the protective function of vagus nerve decreased significantly,which increases the risk of sudden death.
