摘要
目的探讨白介素33(IL-37)、白介素37(IL-37)在慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)患者中的表达。方法收集23例鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)患者的鼻息肉黏膜和10例慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,CRSsNP)患者的窦口鼻道复合体黏膜作为实验组;12例鼻中隔偏曲合并慢性鼻炎患者下鼻甲粘膜作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)分别检测各组中IL-33、IL-37 mRNA的相对表达量。结果IL-33 mRNA在CRSwNP组、CRSsNP组和对照组均有表达,其值分别为4.326±1.910,3.565±1.746,2.737±1.985,差异无统计学意义(F=2.818,P=0.071)。IL-37 mRNA在CRSwNP组、CRSsNP组和对照组均有表达,其值分别为6.826±2.235,5.019±1.671,3.133±1.678,差异有统计学意义(F=13.888,P=0.000)。随着IL-33水平增加,慢性鼻窦炎患者IL-37 mRNA水平也增加,并有相关性(r 2=0.159,P=0.007)。结论IL-33、IL-37在CRS鼻粘膜中异常表达可能在CRS的发生、发展的过程中发挥一定作用。
Objective:To observe the expression of IL-33 and IL-37 in chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods:A total of 23 specimens of nasal mucosa in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)and 10 specimens of nasal mucosa in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSsNP)were collected and as two experimental groups respectively.12 specimens of inferior turbinate tissues(ITTs)in patients were collected as control group.The IL-33 and IL-37 mRNA were detected by Real-time PCR(RT-PCR)in the tissues.Results:The relatvie expression of IL-33 mRNA was 4.3261.910 in CRSwNP group,3.565±1.746 in CRSsNP group and 2.737±1.985 in control group,and the difference was not significent(F=2.818,P=0.071).The relative expression of IL-37 mRNA was 6.826±2.235 in CRSwNP group,5.019±1.671 in CRSsNP group and 3.133±1.678 in control group,and the difference was significent(F=13.888,P=0.000).There was close relevance between the expression of IL-33 mRNA and IL-37 mRNA(r 2=0.159,P=0.007).Conclusion:IL-33 and IL-37 play an important role in the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis.
