摘要
目前国内有关生态文化培育路径的研究,大体可分为广义的路径研究和狭义的路径研究两种;前者探讨的大多是培育生态文化的手段、方法和措施,后者则主要探讨了中外生态文化的继承和发展,而重点又往往在于继承,至于如何在继承中创新、繁荣新时代我国生态文化,则有待更系统深入的研究。生态文化的培育路径,应当从主体培育和发展生态文化的位移过程来分析和归纳。从主体吸收文化资源培育生态文化的过程来看,有传承创新和引进创新两条路径。传承创新需结合中国当代的实际与需要,搭建"人与自然生命共同体",培育具有时代属性和内涵,合目的性与合规律性统一的,以人民为中心、共育共建共享的社会主义生态文化;引进创新则要"以我为主",采借、融合国外生态文化要素,涵养中国特色,厚植文化底蕴,培育具有中国特色社会主义的生态文化。从主体孵化和发展生态文化的过程来看,有"自上而下"和"自下而上"两条,由国家而社会而公民个人的"自上而下"的培育路径与由公民而社会而国家的"自下而上"的培育双向贯通,互为补充。
At present,the research on the cultivation path of ecological culture in China can be divided into two kinds:the broad research path and the narrow research path The latter mainly discusses the inheritance and development of Chinese and foreign ecological culture,but the emphasis is often on inheritance.How to innovate and prosper the new era of Chinese ecological culture in inheritance needs more systematic and in-depth study.The path of cultivating ecological culture should be analyzed and concluded from the process of the main body cultivating and developing ecological culture.From the process of absorbing cultural resources and cultivating ecological culture,there are two ways to inherit and innovate.To inherit and innovate,it is necessary to combine the reality and needs of contemporary China,build a community of human and natural life,and cultivate those with the attributes and connotation of the times,which are unified with purpose and regularity We should take the people as the center and work together to build and share a socialist ecological culture;we should put ourselves first in introducing innovations,adopt and integrate elements of foreign ecological culture,cultivate Chinese characteristics,and cultivate cultural heritage Fostering a socialism with Chinese characteristics ecological culture.From the point of view of the main body’s process of hatching and developing ecological culture,there are two ways:from top to bottom and from bottom to top From the State and society and the individual citizen’s top-down cultivation path and from the citizen and society and the country’s bottom-up cultivation run through each other and complement each other.
