嵌合抗原受体T细胞免疫治疗不良反应的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)是近年来发展较快的一种新的细胞免疫治疗技术。目前,CAR已从理论研究过渡到临床实践中,尤其在血液系统肿瘤的治疗上取得了显著疗效。CAR-T细胞目前被证实具有强大的杀瘤作用,但其不良反应及毒性仍然是不可忽视的问题,严重者可致死亡。本文旨在CAR-T技术免疫治疗过程中出现的不良反应,及目前就不良反应的防治措施的研究进展做一综述,以进一步提高CAR-T的临床疗效及安全性。
