摘要
以N15机械油为基础油,二元羧酸与石油磺酸钡复配作为防锈剂、OP类与Span类作为乳化剂,乙二胺四乙酸二钠作为螯合剂,合成了一种环保型防锈乳化油,旨在用于热轧钢焊管结构件的短期防腐。通过正交试验得到的配方为:m(N15机械油)∶m(硼酸)∶m(三乙醇胺)∶m(氢氧化钠)∶m(复合乳化剂)∶m(复合防锈剂)∶m(螯合剂)=7.1∶0.4∶0.3∶0.1∶0.5∶0.5∶1.1。将其与民用水按质量比1∶9混合均匀并涂覆到Q500热轧钢板、热轧焊管母材及焊缝处,采用中性盐雾试验、室外暴露试验及电化学测量法评价了其实际防护效果。结果显示,所得防锈乳化油层可为基材提供3个月以上的户外防护。
An environmentally friendly antirust emulsified oil for a short-term anticorrosion protection of welded pipes made of hot-rolled steel as structural parts was synthesized with N15 machine oil as base oil, dicarboxylic acids and barium petroleum sulfonate as antirust agents, OP and Span as emulsifiers, and sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate as chelating agent. The formulation was determined by orthogonal test as follows: N15 machine oil : boric acid : triethanolamine : sodium hydroxide : composite emulsifier : composite antirust agent : chelating agent = 7.1 : 0.4 : 0.3 : 0.1 : 0.5 : 0.5 : 1.1(mass ratio). The oil was diluted 10 times by weight with civil water and then brushed on Q500 hot-rolled steel sheet as well as the matrix and seam of welded Q500 steel pipe. Its anticorrosion efficacy was evaluated by neutral salt spray test, atmospheric exposure test, and electrochemical measurements. The results showed that the oil films on the said materials could provide an outdoor protection for at least 3 months.
