摘要
采用改良的QuEChERS法,结合液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS),建立了蔬菜中2,4-滴、二氯吡啶酸、精吡氟禾草灵等20种酸性除草剂的残留分析方法。样品用0.5%甲酸乙腈提取,以900 mg MgSO4+50 mg石墨化炭黑(GCB)作为基质提取液的净化剂。实验结果表明,20种酸性除草剂在一定范围内线性关系良好,其相关系数(r2)在0.9939~0.9998之间。方法的平均回收率和相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)分别为70.3%~107%和0.2%~8.3%。该方法快速、灵敏,适用于各种蔬菜基质中酸性除草剂的残留分析。
The method of 2,4-D,clopyralid,fluazifop-p-butyl and so on in vegetables was established by QuEChERS-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The target substances was extracted with acetonitrile(0.5% formic),purified with 900 mg MgSO4,50 mg graphitized carbon black(GCB) adsorbents.The results showed that 20 acid herbicides had a good linear relationship within a certain range,and the correlation coefficients(r2) were between 0.9939 and 0.9998.The average recoveries of 20 pesticides in different matrices were in the range of 70.3%-107%,and the relative standard deviations were between 0.2% and 8.3%.The method was rapid,sensitive and suitable for the analysis of acid herbicide residues in various vegetable substrates.
