摘要
目的研究宫颈癌组织中Survivin mRNA、UHRF1 mRNA表达及其与宫颈癌放疗敏感性的关系。方法选取在西安交通大学第一附属医院接受根治性放疗的宫颈癌患者112例,RT-PCR法检测宫颈癌组织Survivin mRNA和UHRF1 mRNA表达水平,评估Survivin mRNA和UHRF1 mRNA表达、年龄、分期、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤直径等临床特征与放疗敏感性的相关性,通过多因素Logistic回归分析寻找与宫颈癌放疗敏感相关的独立预测因子。结果112例宫颈鳞癌患者放疗后,放疗抵抗48例,放疗敏感64例。与放疗敏感组相比,放疗抵抗组肿瘤分化程度低,肿瘤直径大,Survivin mRNA和UHRF1 mRNA表达水平更高(P<0.05),放疗抵抗组与放疗敏感组年龄、FIGO分期相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Survivin mRNA、UHRF1 mRNA表达水平是宫颈癌患者放疗敏感性的独立预测因子,Survivin mRNA、UHRF1 mRNA低表达的患者放疗敏感性较高。结论Survivin mRNA和UHRF1 mRNA表达与宫颈鳞癌放疗敏感性呈负相关,表达越低,放疗敏感性越高。
Objective To study the expressions of Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA in cervical cancer tissues and their relationship with radiosensitivity to cervical cancer.Methods We recruited 112 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical radiotherapy in our hospital.The expression levels of tumor Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.We analyzed the correlation of expression levels of Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA,as well as clinical characteristics such as age,stage,tumor differentiation and tumor diameter with radiosensitivity.The independent predictors related to radiosensitivity were analyzed by Logistics.Results After radiotherapy in 112 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma,48 patients received radiotherapy and 64 patients received radiotherapy.Compared with radiosensitivity group,the degree of differentiation was lower and the tumor diameter was larger,and the expression levels of Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA were higher in the radioresistance group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the adiosensitivity group and the radioresistance group(P>0.05),but Univariate and multivariate logistic analysis showed that Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA expression levels were the independent predictors of radiosensitivity in the cervical cancer patients.Patients with low expressions of Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA had higher sensitivity to radiotherapy.Conclusion The expressions of Survivin mRNA and UHRF1 mRNA are negatively correlated with the sensitivity to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The lower the expression,the higher the sensitivity of radiotherapy.
