不同糖源对罗氏沼虾生长性能和糖代谢的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Different Carbohydrate Sources on Growth Performance and Glycometabolism of Macrobrachium rosenbergii

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同糖源对罗氏沼虾生长性能与糖代谢的影响。试验分别以糊精、小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉、α-淀粉、蔗糖、葡萄糖为糖源,配制成6种等氮等能的半纯化饲料,饲喂6组罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)[初始体长(2.05±0.38)cm、初始体重(3.74±0.83)g]12周,每种饲料投喂3个养殖桶(重复),每个养殖桶放养40尾虾。结果显示:1)饲料糖源对肥满度(CF)无显著影响(P>0.05),肝胰指数(HSI)和内脏指数(VSI)以葡萄糖组最高,小麦淀粉组最低。玉米淀粉组增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)和饲料效率(FE)最高,蔗糖组、葡萄糖组的FE和蛋白质效率(PER)显著低于糊精组、小麦淀粉组、玉米淀粉组、α-淀粉组(P<0.05)。2)小麦淀粉组的全虾、肌肉、肝胰腺粗蛋白质含量最高,葡萄糖组的全虾和肌肉粗蛋白质含量最低,且均显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。糊精组、蔗糖组、葡萄糖组全虾和肌肉的粗脂肪含量显著高于其他3组(P<0.05)。α-淀粉组的肝糖原含量最高,是蔗糖组、小麦淀粉组的4倍左右(P<0.05),α-淀粉组、葡萄糖组的肌糖原含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量与血清葡萄糖和肌糖原含量呈正相关。3)肝胰脏己糖激酶(HK)、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)活性不受饲料糖源的显著影响(P>0.05),丙酮酸激酶(PK)、磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸激酶(PEPCK)活性则受饲料糖源的显著影响(P<0.05)。综合上述试验结果得出,6种糖源中,小麦淀粉、玉米淀粉这2种多糖对罗氏沼虾生长的促进效果更好,可为罗氏沼虾饲料的糖源。 The effects of different carbohydrate sources on growth performance and glycometabolism of Macrobrachium rosenbergii(M.rosenbergii)for 12 weeks feeding period were investigated in this experiment.Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic semi-purified diets were prepared by adding different carbohydrate sources:dextrin,wheat starch,corn starch,α-starch,saccharose and glucose,to feed 6 groups of M.rosenbergii with the initial body length and initial body weight of(2.05±0.38)cm and(3.74±0.83)g,respectively.Each group had 3 replicates(culture buckets),and there were 40 shrimps in each replicate.The results showed as follows:1)dietary carbohydrate source had no significant effects on the condition factor(CF)(P>0.05).The highest hepatosomatic index(HSI)and viscerosomatic index(VSI)were detected in the glucose group,whereas the lowest values of them were found in the wheat starch group.The corn starch had the highest weight gain ratio(WGR),specific growth rate(SGR)and feed efficiency(FE).The FE and protein efficiency ratio(PER)in the dextrin,wheat starch,corn starch andα-starch groups were significantly higher than those in the saccharose and glucose groups(P<0.05).2)The crude protein content was the highest of whole body,muscle and hepatopancreas in the wheat starch group,and the crude protein content was the lowest of whole body and muscle in the glucose group,which were significantly lower than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The crude lipid content of whole body and muscle in the dextrin,saccharose and glucose groups was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The hepatic glycogen content in theα-starch group was the highest,which 4 times that in the saccharose and wheat starch groups(P<0.05),and the muscle glycogen content in theα-starch and glucose groups were significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05).The contents of triglyceride(TC)and total cholesterol(T-CHO)in serum were positively correlated with muscle glycogen content and serum glucose content.3)Dietary carbohydrate source had significant effects on hepatopancreas pyruvatekinase(PK)and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxy kinase(PEPCK)activities(P<0.05),however,it had no significant effects on hepatopancreas hexokinase(HK)and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPC)activities(P>0.05).These results indicate that,in the 6 carbohydrate sources,two polysaccharides corn starch and wheat starch can promote better growth of M.rosenbergii,and they can be used as carbohydrate sources in the diet of M.rosenbergii.
