氮氨甲酰谷氨酸与胍基乙酸组合对舍饲滩羊胴体品质及肉质的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Combination of N-Carbamyl Glutamate and Guanidine Acetic Acid on Carcass Characteristic and Meat Quality of Tan Sheep

摘要 本试验旨在探讨氮氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)与胍基乙酸(GAA)组合对舍饲滩羊生长性能、胴体品质和肉质的影响。试验选取平均体重为(22.52±0.85)kg的健康去势滩羔羊48只,按完全随机区组设计分为对照组与试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复4只羔羊。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.10%NCG+0.08%GAA的试验饲粮,试验期80 d,试验结束后进行屠宰,测定胴体品质及肉品质。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)试验组滩羊平均日增重和饲料转化效率显著提高(P<0.05);2)试验组滩羊屠宰率和净肉率显著提高(P<0.05);3)试验组滩羊体脂分配得到显著改善,尾脂和GR值显著下降(P<0.05),肌内脂肪(IMF)含量显著提高(P<0.05),大理石花纹评分显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加0.10%NCG+0.08%GAA能够显著提高舍饲滩羊生长性能及体脂分配,对舍饲滩羊肉质提升作用明显。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of combination of N-carbamyl glutamate(NCG)and guanidine acetic acid(GAA) on the growth performance,carcass characteristic and meat quality of Tan sheep. Forty-eight healthy and emasculated Tan lambs with a similar body weight of(22. 52 ± 0. 85) kg were randomly assigned into control group and test group(6 replicates per group,4 lambs per replicate). Those in the control group fed a basal diet,and those in test group received a diet which supplemented 0.10% NCG and0.08% GAA in the basal diet. The experiment lasted for 80 d. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group,1) the average daily weight gain(ADG) and feed conversion rate(FCR) in the test group significantly increased(P<0.05);2) the slaughter rate and net meat rate in test group significantly increased(P<0.05);3) the body fat distribution in test group significantly improved,and the tail fat and GR value decreased significantly(P<0.05),the intramuscular fat(IMF) content significantly increased(P < 0.05),and the marbling grading significantly increased(P < 0. 05). These results indicate that 0. 10% NCG and 0. 08%GAA supplemented to the diet can significantly improve the growth performance and body fat distribution of Tan sheep,and the effect on the meat quality of the Tan sheep is obvious.
