摘要
Ti 3SiC 2是一种六方晶体结构的特殊陶瓷材料,兼具金属与陶瓷的优异性能,拥有优良的高温强度、抗氧化性及可加工性等优点,广泛应用于耐磨润滑材料。本文综述其同金属和SiC、金刚石、TiC、Al 2O 3等复合后的优异性能和广阔应用,并展望其在和金属、陶瓷、金刚石等材料复合领域的研究方向。
Ti 3SiC 2 is a special ceramic material with hexagonal crystal structure.It has excellent properties of both metal and ceramic,such as high temperature strength,oxidation resistance and processability.It is widely used in wear-resistant lubricating materials.In this paper,the excellent properties and wide applications of Ti 3SiC 2 composites with metal,SiC,diamond,TiC or Al 2O 3 are reviewed,as well as their research directions.
