摘要
针对酒钢镜铁山弱磁性难选氧化铁矿,采用不同焙烧装置进行磁化焙烧,所得焙烧矿在相同工艺下磨矿、相同弱磁选工艺条件下选别,对比了焙烧装置对焙烧矿产品性能的影响。结果表明:无论采用竖炉、酒钢自行研制焙烧罐、马弗炉还是新型悬浮焙烧装置焙烧酒钢弱磁性铁矿,其焙烧产品中弱磁性矿物均相变为磁性矿物,焙烧产品比磁化系数存在差异。竖炉、焙烧罐、马弗炉焙烧物料弱磁选时磁团聚磁链普遍,而悬浮焙烧产品弱磁选时不存在磁团聚磁链。磁团聚磁链将已达单体解离的脉石包裹带入精矿中,是影响选别指标的主要原因。实验结果可为该类矿石磁化焙烧装置的筛选及高效开发利用提供技术支持。
The refractory and weakly magnetic iron oxides from JISCO′s Jingtieshan Mine were subjected to magnetizing roasting with different roasting devices,and the obtained roasted ore was ground under the same processing parameters and beneficiated with the same low intensity magnetic separation(LIMS)parameters.The effects of different roasting devices on the performance of roasted products were compared and analyzed.The results show that after the weakly magnetic iron oxides are roasted,in whatever roasting devices,such as shaft furnace,JISCO′s self-developed roasting furnace,muffle furnace or a new-type suspension roasting device,the weakly magnetic minerals in the roasted products are all transformed into magnetic minerals,and there exists difference in the specific magnetic coefficient for the roasted products by using different roasting devices.It is found that chain-like structure is generally formed due to magnetic aggregation during the LIMS of roasted products from shaft furnace,roasting furnace and muffle furnace,but no chain-like structure occurs when LIMS of roasted product from the suspension roasting device.The chain-like aggregates can result in the gauge after mineral liberation into an inclusion and pulled into the concentrate,which is the main reason for the differences in beneficiation effect.The experiment results in the research can provide technical support for selection of magnetizing roasting device and efficient utilization of such kind of ore.
