铁路明桥面垫块用微孔聚氨酯的制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 以聚醚二醇、聚合物多元醇HPOP40、扩链剂1,4-丁二醇、交联剂和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯等为原料,采用半预聚体法制备了铁路明桥面垫块用微孔聚氨酯弹性体。探究了聚醚二醇类型、交联剂种类及用量、水分对聚氨酯弹性体力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用聚四氢呋喃二醇,交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷且与HPOP40的质量比为1/6.5,羟基组分水分为0.15%,所制备的聚氨酯弹性体拉伸强度为3.11 MPa,静刚度为1.02 kN/mm,这种聚氨酯制成的垫块可用于铁路明桥面钩螺栓与复合轨枕的减震连接。 Microcellular polyurethane elastomer for railway bridge deck cushion block was prepared by semi prepolymer method with polyether diol,polymer polyol HPOP40,chain extender 1,4 butanediol,crosslinking agent and diphenylmethane diisocyanate as raw materials.The influence of types of polyether polyol,types and dos ages of crosslinking agent and moisture on the mechanical properties of polyurethane elastomer was discussed.The results showed that the tensile strength of polyurethane elastomer was 3 11 MPa,static stiffness was 1 02 kN/mm with polytetrahydrofuran glycols as polyether diol,trimethylolpropane as crosslinking agent and its mass ratio with HPOP40 was 1/6 5,and moisture of hydroxyl component was 0 15%.The polyurethane cushion block could be used for shock absorption connection between hook bolts and composite sleepers on railway bridge deck.
