摘要
以端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乙二醇600、偶联剂KH-550和无机填料配制成A组分,以MDI型预聚体、甲基三甲氧基硅烷(MTMS)和催化剂混合制得B组分,A组分和B组分组成含硅聚氨酯胶黏剂,按异氰酸酯指数1.2混合均匀,室温固化成膜。讨论了MTMS用量对胶黏剂性能的影响。结果表明,随着MTMS用量的增加,胶膜的硬度和拉伸强度增加,伸长率减小,并且耐酸性能和耐温变性能变好。该胶黏剂能满足火电厂脱硫烟囱内衬防腐材料的要求。
The component A of adhesives was prepared by hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,polyethylene glycol 600,KH-550 as coupling agent and inorganic fillers.The component B was prepared by methyl diphenylene diisocyanate prepolymer(MDI),methyltrimethoxysilane(MTMS)and dibutyltin dilaurate catalyst.The silicon-containing polyurethane adhesive was obtained by mixing the components A and B.The adhesives was mixed and cured into film at room temperature according to isocyanate index 1.2.The influence of MTMS dosage on the properties of adhesive was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of MTMS content,the hardness and tensile strength of the film increased,the elongation decreased,the acid resistance and temperature resistance became better.The adhesive could meet the requirements of anticorrosive materials for desulfurization chimney lining in thermal power plant.
