摘要
对比研究提升多联机低负荷制冷启动阶段系统可靠性的3种方法,结果表明,调节室内机电子膨胀阀开度,开启热气旁通阀和调节室内机电子膨胀阀开度的组合调节方式,都无法在短时间内提升系统低负荷制冷启动阶段的可靠性,而通过增大压缩机输出频率和调节室内机电子膨胀阀开度的组合调节方式能够在短时间内有效提升系统低负荷制冷启动阶段的可靠性。
Three methods for improving the reliability of system at the low-load cooling start-up stage for multi-connected unit are studied contrastively.The results show that the reliability of system at the low-load cooling start-up stage can t be improved in a short time by only adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit or by the combination of opening the hot gas bypass valve and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit.While,by the means of the combination of increasing the output frequency of compressor and adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit,the reliability of system at the low-load cooling start-up stage can be improved in a short time effectively.
