摘要
建立一种方法检测枫糖浆中果葡糖浆成分。采用凝胶柱净化去除枫糖浆中果糖、葡萄糖,离子色谱法测定富集后的寡糖。结果表明,枫糖浆中掺有果葡糖浆,则会在麦芽五糖、麦芽六糖中间,麦芽六糖、麦芽七糖中间呈现2个典型指纹峰。该方法快速、方便,适用于枫糖浆中果葡糖浆的检测。
Objective:To establish a method to detect the composition of high fructose corn syrup in maple syrup.Methods:The fructose and glucose were removed by gel column purification,and the enriched oligosaccharides were determined by ion chromatography.Results:If the maple syrup was mixed with fructose syrup,there would be two typical characteristic peaks between maltopentaose and maltohexaose,maltohexaose and maltoheptaose.Conclusion:The method is fast and convenient,and is suitable for the detection of high fructose corn syrup in maple syrup.
