摘要
在改变时间、投加量、pH值、起始浓度的条件下,研究了菌丝球对结晶紫染料和Cu2+的吸附性能。结果表明,在碱性条件下,加入60 mg吸附剂,恒温振荡640 min,菌丝球对结晶紫染料的吸附效能最佳;菌丝球对Cu2+的吸附效果不是很明显,吸附率达不到10%。菌丝球的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温式和准二级动力学方程。
The adsorption properties of PMP to crystal violet dye and Cu2+were studied under the conditions of changing time,dosage,pH value and initial concentration.The results showed that the alkaline conditions,adding 60 mg adsorbent,constant temperature oscillation 640 min,hypha ball of crystal violet dye adsorption efficiency of the best;The adsorption effect of PMP on Cu2+was not obvious,and the adsorption rate was less than 10%.The adsorption process of mycelium pellets conforms to Langmuir isothermal equation and quasi-second order kinetic equation.
