摘要
目的探究护理督导对艾滋病合并重性精神病患者治疗依从性、自护能力的影响。方法回顾性分析我院住院部2013年5月-2018年5月收治的100例艾滋病合并重性精神病患者的临床资料,根据患者护理方式差异分为对照组(实施常规护理)与护理督导组(实施护理督导)各50例,比较2组患者治疗依从性、自护能力及生活质量。结果护理督导组患者治疗依从性为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);护理后,2组自护能力(自我概念、自护责任感、自护技能、健康知识)评分及总分较干预前均显著提高,且护理督导组自护能力各维度评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者生活质量量表(生理方面、心理方面、独立程度、社会关系、环境、精神世界/宗教/信仰)评分均显著提高,且护理督导组生活质量量表各维度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理督导在提高艾滋病合并重性精神病患者治疗依从性、自护能力及生活质量方面具有显著效果。
Objective To explore the effects of nursing supervision on treatment compliance and self-care ability of patients with AIDS complicated with holergasia. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with AIDS complicated with holergasia admitted to inpatient department of our hospital from May 2013 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the differences of nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group(given conventional nursing) and nursing supervision group(given nursing supervision),with 50 cases in each group.The treatment compliance,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment compliance in nursing supervision group was significantly higher than that in control group(96.00% vs 80.00%)(P<0.05). After nursing,the scores of self-care ability(self-concept,self-care responsibility,self-care skills,health knowledge) and total score in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the scores of dimensions and total score of self-care ability in nursing supervision group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The scores of quality of life scale(physiology,psychology,independence,social relations,environment,spiritual world/)were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of dimensions of quality of life scale in nursing supervision group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing supervision has significant effects in improving the treatment compliance,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with AIDS complicated with holergasia.
