摘要
外源添加FeCl3,Na2SO4,腐植酸模拟常见污水的典型组分,研究其对河流沉积物氮形态变化规律的影响。采用分级浸提的方式对太湖及洪泽湖入湖河流东苕溪和濉河沉积物氮形态做对比研究,结果表明:外源添加使TN含量降低,且有机质(OM)对其影响最为显著(p<0.05);添加铁元素对氮形态影响较小;添加硫使SOEF-N下降,IEF-N升高;添加OM促进了有机氮的矿化,且与OM浓度呈正相关。OM对氮形态变化影响要大于硫、铁,说明生活污水对氮释放具有更强的促进作用。相比而言,外源添加对污染较重的东苕溪沉积物氮形态的变化影响要大于污染较轻的濉河。可见,减少入湖河流周边污染物排放是控制沉积物氮释放的有效措施。
FeCl3,Na2SO4 and humic acid were added to simulate the typical components of common sewage,and studied their effects on the variation of nitrogen forms in river sediments.A comparative study of nitrogen forms in the sediments of Dongtiaoxi and Suihe rivers from Taihu Lake and Hongze Lake was carried out by the way of classified extraction.The results showed that exogenous addition reduced the content of total nitrogen(TN),and organic matter had the most significant effect(p<0.05).Adding iron had little effect on nitrogen morphology.SOEF-N decreased and IEF-N increased with the addition of sulfur element.The addition of organic matter promoted the mineralization of organic nitrogen and was positively correlated with the concentration of organic matter.The effect of organic matter on nitrogen form content was greater than that of sulfur and iron,which indicated that domestic sewage had a stronger promoting effect on nitrogen release.In contrast,the effect of exogenous addition on the change of nitrogen forms in sediments of the heavily polluted Dongtiaoxi River was greater than that of the lightly polluted Suihe River.Therefore,it is an effective measure to control the release of nitrogen from sediments of rivers entering the lake by controlling the discharge of domestic sewage around rivers entering the lake.
