摘要
锅炉防磨防爆可视化管理系统采用虚拟现实技术,通过三维建模对锅炉结构进行1∶1高保真模拟,可以全面直观地浏览锅炉设备构造,历史检查分布,泄爆点分布等信息,全面掌握锅炉运行状态,结合锅炉防磨防爆历史壁温数据、历史检修及爆管数据,及时掌握缺陷和事故发生规律。生产过程中通过监测受热面实时壁温数据、管壁减薄预测;并统计分析受热面历史超温情况和当前壁厚减薄情况,为锅炉提供“贴身”服务,真正做到事前预防、事中管控、事后分析的全面管理,形成锅炉防磨防爆生态圈,为锅炉状态检修提供科学指导,保护机组安全经济运行。为电厂信息化管理添砖加瓦,助力智慧电厂建设。
The visual management system of wear-proof and explosion-proof of boiler adopts virtual reality technology to simulate the boiler structure with 1:1 high fi delity through three-dimensional modeling,which can comprehensively and intuitively browse the information such as the structure of boiler equipment,the distribution of historical inspection,the distribution of explosion relief points,etc.,comprehensively grasp the operation status of boiler,and timely combine the data of wear-proof and explosion-proof historical wall temperature,historical maintenance and tube explosion Master the law of defects and accidents.In the production process,through monitoring the real-time wall temperature data of the heating surface and the prediction of tube wall thinning,and statistical analysis of the historical over temperature of the heating surface and the current wall thickness thinning,we can provide“close”service for the boiler,truly achieve the comprehensive management of pre prevention,in-process control and post analysis,form the boiler wear-proof and explosion-proof ecosystem,provide scientifi c guidance for the boiler condition maintenance,and protect the unit Safe and economic operation.We will contribute to the informatization management of power plants and the construction of smart power plants.
