摘要
自实行两部制电价以来,天然气电厂运行时间大幅缩减的新常态下,如何保证员工工作状态及技能水平的提高,采用全真模拟仿真系统进行培训,既保证了员工工作状态,又实现了全能值班员培养,可减少现场人员配置,降低企业营运成本,同时也为新员工培训及员工技能等级评定提供了思路。
