两起常规微机保护装置电压采集异常事件分析

摘要 常规微机保护装置采集的交流电压模拟量,是用于微机保护装置系统内部分析、运算、判断等。电压采集值是否准确、正确,直接影响着微机保护装置的可靠性。如果采集的电压不正确会造成微机保护装置的误动或拒动,干扰运行人员做出正确的判断,威胁电网的安全稳定运行。本文通过介绍两起异常事件的查找过程,分析事故的原因和采取的处理措施,为技术人员处理类似电压采集异常情况提供参考。 The analog amount of ac voltage collected by conventional microcomputer protection device is used for internal analysis,calculation and judgment of microcomputer protection device system.Whether the voltage acquisition value is accurate and correct directly affects the reliability of microcomputer protection device.If the voltage collected is incorrect,the microcomputer protection device will misoperate or refuse to operate,which will interfere with operators to make correct judgment and threaten the safe and stable operation of the power grid.By introducing the search process of the two incidents,this paper analyzes the causes of the accidents and the measures taken to deal with them,so as to provide a reference for technicians to deal with the abnormal situation of similar voltage collection.
