超临界火电机组协调控制现状分析及优化

摘要 协调控制系统是大型火力发电机组中的重要组成,对于超临界火电机组的运行有着重要作用。当下,煤炭逐渐市场化,火电机组也更具灵活性,通过对机组协调控制系统进行优化可以更好地提高机组的运行参数和质量,也可以强化机组的安全性与经济效益。本文重点分析和比较了超临界火电机组中的协调控制系统调节状况,并对单元机组中的协调控制因素加以把握,根据锅炉燃烧中的滞后性与耦合性等制定有效对策,从而更好地完善燃料、给水和一次风等控制方案,在一些工程实践方案的实施和调试下更好地提高单元机组的协调性和品质。 As an important equipment in large-scale thermal power units,the coordinated control system plays an important role in the operation of supercritical thermal power units.At present,coal is gradually commercialized and thermal power units are more fl exible.By optimizing the coordinated control system of units,the parameters and quality of units can be better improved,and the safety and economic benefi ts of units can also be enhanced.This paper focuses on the analysis and comparison of the regulation status of the coordinated system in supercritical thermal power units,and grasps the coordinated control factors in the unit units.According to the lag and coupling in boiler combustion,effective countermeasures are formulated,so as to better improve the control schemes of fuel,water supply and primary air,and improve the unit unit unit better under the implementation and commissioning of some engineering practice schemes Group coordination and quality.
