摘要
变电站现场作业点多面广,作业风险高,安全管控压力大,需耗费大量人力,且管控效果不佳,擅自扩大工作范围等违章行为仍时有发生。探索建立变电站智能安全管控系统,实现对作业人员三维空间定位、作业行为的实时在线监控与自动报警,及时发现、制止违章行为,利用智能技术提升现场安全管理水平。本文对变电站智能安全管控系统以及模型建立进行探索。
Substation has a wide range of on-site operation points,high operational risk,high pressure for safety control and control,large labor consumption,and poor control effect.Unauthorized expansion of work scope and other violations still occur.Explore the establishment of substation intelligent safety control system to achieve The operator’s three-dimensional spatial positioning,realtime online monitoring of operation behavior and automatic alarm,timely discover and stop violations,and use intelligent technology to improve the level of on-site safety management.
